Intramural Sports Spring Registration II

$40 per player/semester, $60 per player/academic year
Did you know that BGSU Intramural Sports participants have a higher GPA than non-participants? Get smart and stay fit this fall by registering online now. Sign up as a team with friends, an organization, or a sorority or fraternity.  Players may also register as individuals and be placed on a team. A one-time fee permits any student/faculty/staff the opportunity to play any and all intramural sports throughout the academic year or semester. This organization exists to increase awareness of relationship violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment, and how to prevent it.  Formed in 2014, the group assists with and coordinates events such as The Clothesline Project, a Sexual Assault Awareness 5K and Dog Walk, and numerous other outreach activities and partnerships with campus organizations and community members. Meeting are open to the campus community.   Thank you for your interest in the Spring 2020 Reading Series sponsored by the College of Arts & Sciences, Creative Writing Program, and Mid-American Review. Unless otherwise noted, readings are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evenings at Prout Chapel. All events are free and open to the public. March 12  Visiting Writer: Tracy Zeman Tracy Zeman's poems have appeared in Beloit Poetry Journal, Chicago Review, jubilat, TYPO and other journals. She has received a number of residencies, most notably six weeks at the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology on the central Oregon coast. Currently, Zeman is a freelance writer and editor for a number of conservation organizations in the Midwest. She lives outside Detroit, Michigan with her husband and daughter. Her first full-length collection, Empire, examines the European settlement and ecological devastation of the North American prairie.   March 19  Spring Break, no reading

To conclude jazz week, our Jazz Lab Band 1 will give a performance featuring special guest artist Frank Kimbrough, piano. Tickets to this performance are $8, and can be purchased here. Free admission for BGSU students with ID card at the door. This concert will also be live streamed.
