Parents and children learn together to increase a child’s comfort level in the water and build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements and breath control.
Preschool 1&2 (Ages 3 -5 Years)

Sunday: 4:35 - 5:05 PM
Throughout the three levels, preschool-age children are taught basic aquatic safety and swimming skills, all the while increasing their comfort level in and around the water.
Learn to Swim (Ages 5 - 17 years): Learn-to-Swim courses are based on a logical, six-level progression that helps swimmers of varying ages and abilities develop their water safety, survival and swim skills.

Sunday: 5:10 - 5:40 PM:
Introduction to Water Skills helps participants feel comfortable in the water.
Level 2

Fundamental Aquatic Skills gives participants success with fundamental skills.
Level 3

Stroke Development builds on the skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice in deeper water.

Have you ever seen the Milky Way? What about a sky with more stars than you could possibly count? Join this trip as we head east for two nights of star gazing and tent camping. Daytime activities include some light hiking in the scenic park area.

This is a blended learning course featuring online simulation learning, which combines web-based learning with an in-class skills session to help prepare you to respond to real-life emergencies. The online portion takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete and needs to be completed before the in-class session. Participants must bring a printed out certificate of completion of the online portion in order to be admitted to the in-class session of the class.
