Mock Lab Immersion Experiences (11-11:20 a.m. or 1-1:20 p.m.) Plan to participate in one of these mock DPT lab immersion classroom activities led by BGSU DPT faculty. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership, is a program that helps you develop integrity and purpose as a leader.  This certificate will help you develop self-awareness as an ethical and intentional leader by focusing on personal values, ethical decision-making, and making change in your society.  The ELC incorporates foundational elements of the Social Change Model of Leadership and builds upon the Marvin Center’s values of integrity and purpose. The Ethical Leadership Certificate (ELC), offered by the C. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership, is a program designed to help develop your tools and skills in integrity and ethics in your leadership at BGSU and beyond. Participants will work together to define leadership, ethics, and ethical leadership. The majority of the session will emphasize reflection on one’s values and beliefs, specifically, where they came from. Participants will also learn about mindfulness and being reflective in the present moment as a part of consciousness of self. Participants will explore why understanding one’s values is important for growing as an ethical leader.
