In the Focused Falcon Mindfulness Workshops, we explore how to start or expand a mindfulness practice through engaging activities and presentations. You will gain skills in stress and anxiety management, handling difficult situations, building self-compassion and a non-judgmental attitude, and improving focus and memory. Free 4-week workshops available to BGSU students, faculty, and staff. The Beginner Strength Training class is a combination of both upper and lower body strength exercises! This instructor led class uses primarily dumbbells or body weight for the different movements. No experience is required! This class is free!
