This flipped session is designed to help BGSU faculty, administrators, post docs, staff and graduate students communicate their research findings to broader publics for the public good. Prior to the scheduled session, participants will be invited to view the NCFDD webinar titled “How to Translate Your Research for a General Audience,” which is presented by Dr. Danielle Bainbridge (a host of the PBS Digital Studies series “The Origin of Everything” and a faculty member at Northwestern University). During the session, BGSU members will convene to discuss and practice some of the strategies from the webinar.

At the beginning of April, teal ribbons will be placed around campus to create awareness for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). On April 7, 2022, the Feminist Ambassadors and CVPE Ambassadors will host a table in the Student Union from 1-3 p.m. to discuss sexual violence and hand out personal teal ribbons.
The Beginner Strength Training class is a combination of both upper and lower body strength exercises! This instructor led class uses primarily dumbbells or body weight for the different movements. No experience is required! This class is free!
