During Suicide Prevention Awareness Month in September, take our #BeThe1To challenge!  Visit https://www.bgsu.edu/counseling-center/services/BeThe1To.html watch the five videos, and take a short evaluation based on information in the videos here.  BGSU students, faculty, and staff who complete the evaluation will be entered into a raffle to win 2023's Counseling Center t-shirt designed by a BGSU student! 10 shirts will be raffled off in October.

New Students - There will be a series of required programming that you need to attend between Aug. 17-20.  New and Returning Students - There will be hundreds of events hosted for ALL students throughout Weeks of Welcome that will be kicked off on Aug. 15 and last through Oct. 2. Have you made mistakes in your personal life that you want some advice and support on owning up to? It isn’t easy to take responsibility for our mistakes, but owning up to our faults is part of a healthy adult experience. Also Blow Pops will be available.   Register here!!! 11/15: Bubblegum and Bravery: Are you scared about asking someone out, making a phone call, or asking questions in class? Feeling safe is important, but growing a sense of bravery is arguably more than half the battle of being an adult.
