Hone your culinary skills and explore the art of butchery with Chef Austin! This Teaching Kitchen Class, happening on March 12 from 6-7:30 p.m., will guide you through transforming a whole chicken into a mouthwatering sheet pan meal. Learn essential butchery techniques from Chef Austin and master the art of sheet pan cooking, utilizing vegetables like brussel sprouts, carrots and fingerling potatoes. Discover the convenience and efficiency of one-pan cooking, saving you time and effort in the kitchen. The class offers a hands-on experience where you'll learn butchery skills and prepare ingredients, followed by a cooking demonstration by Chef Austin, guiding you through assembling and cooking the dish. Finally, enjoy a tasting session of your creation and relish the satisfaction of preparing a delicious meal from scratch. Cost: 3 meal swipes or $36. Location: The Teaching Kitchen (left upon entering The Oaks). Please note: Reserving a spot and not participating will result in a $36 Falcon Dollar charge.
