Curious to know how your colleagues are using AI in their classrooms or research practices? Join an AI Exchange, a collaborative space to explore the evolving role of artificial intelligence in teaching, learning, and research. A selection of resources will be shared in advance as optional inspiration—perfect if you’d like to see examples or spark ideas before the session. Come prepared to share your own experiences, tools, and strategies for using AI—or strategies you’re interested in exploring—whether you’ve been experimenting for a while or are just getting started. Together, you and other participants will explore possibilities and walk away with actionable strategies you can apply right away.  Why you should attend: Share your own approaches, experiences, and strategies related to using AI in your academic practice.  Identify practical AI strategies or tools that you can adapt for your own work.  Connect with colleagues who share your interest in leveraging AI to enhance teaching, learning, research, and productivity.  To register for this event, use the Fall 2025 CFE-Facilitated Session Registration Form.  Advance registration is required. Planetarium Show: MESSENGERS OF TIME AND SPACE

  Astronomy today has the ability to capture astronomical events such as exploding stars and colliding black holes, among others, in real-time.  MESSENGERS OF TIME AND SPACE is an immersive look at the cutting-edge observatories and instruments doing this work across what is referred to as multi-messenger astronomy.  This  includes detecting light across the electromagnetic spectrum as well as various other particles such as cosmic rays, and even gravitational waves.  Public stargazing will follow evening shows, weather permitting. $2 donation suggested for all planetarium shows.

Broomball is a sport similar to ice hockey but played without skates. Players use broom-shaped sticks to hit a ball into the opposing team’s net.
