The Graduation Survey helps BGSU understand the next steps our December graduates are taking — whether you’ve accepted a job, are continuing your education, or are still exploring your options. The survey takes just 4 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential. All are welcome to join us for the exhibition opening and talk, “The Power of Reciprocity: How Building Relationships Creates Sustainable Solutions in Indian Country" by Remington Schneider.   Remington (Remey) Schneider works as a Financial Analyst at the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy, where he works as a bridge between Tribes and Financial Institutions to finance clean energy projects in Indian Country. Remey is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is an enrolled member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BA in Environmental Policy & Analysis and International Studies. He recently graduated with a Master's of Environmental Management (MEM) from the Yale School of the Environment in New Haven, Connecticut. He’s passionate about Tribal clean energy development and helping Tribes pursue energy sovereignty.   This is the official start of  In The Roots: Ohio’s Native Plants Exhibit open through Nov. 15. We invite you to visit the exhibit following the opening. ======================= Join us in honoring Native American Heritage Month, which celebrates the rich histories, diverse cultures, and enduring traditions of Indigenous peoples. From music and food to exhibits and storytelling, these events are open to all and offer opportunities to engage, learn, and connect. Experience a collaborative informational exhibition that is student-produced, exploring the power of collaboration and storytelling through design and history. Planetarium Show: THROUGH THE EYES OF HUBBLE

  The Hubble Space Telescope marked 35 years in orbit in 2025.  Celebrate this remarkable milestone with a classic planetarium show from just 5 years after Hubble’s launch. It details the novel first servicing mission using the Space Shuttle, which allowed astronauts to correct the optics of Hubble’s flawed mirror.  See some of the first Hubble Space Telescope observations including the collision of a comet with Jupiter, sites of starbirth, stellar explosions and black holes, remote galaxies, and more, as they were seen in the first half of the 1990s. $2 donation suggested for all planetarium shows. Public stargazing will follow evening shows, weather permitting.
