Period Product Drive

Join us for a month-long menstrual product drive to support students on campus by providing free period products. We’re accepting any unopened menstrual products (pads, tampons, liners, etc.) or monetary donations via the QR code. Operation: Keep Our Campus Community Cozy @ BGSU Firelands

Campus Engagement & Student Life is partnering with CCAMPIS, the BGSU Firelands Film Club, the Inclusive Pre-K Education Club, and the Science Club to collect new winter items such as hats, scarves, gloves, and socks (accepting all sizes and gender.) These essentail items will be made available in the Firelands Pantry (First Floor, GMH) and will benefit any faculty, staff, or student in need this winter season.    Winter Drive Collection:  November 3, 2025 - November 20, 2025.   'Pop' over to say hello, drop off your donation, and grab a bag of fresh movie theatre-style popcorn on November 20 from 11am-1pm.

Before you cross the stage in December, take a few minutes to share your post-graduation plans and stop by the Kuhlin Career Hub (BTSU 225) to pick up your FREE BGSU alumni travel mug. Complete the BGSU graduation survey NOW! The Graduation Survey helps BGSU understand the next steps our December graduates are taking — whether you’ve accepted a job, are continuing your education, or are still exploring your options. The survey takes just 4 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential. Once you’ve finished, take a screenshot of your confirmation screen and bring it to the Hub any time we’re open — Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — to claim your mug. IRB Platform Training Starting December 1, 2025, researchers will be able to submit IRB (Human Subjects Research) protocols through Cayuse.  A 30-minute IRB Platform Training session will be offered via Zoom Link  on November 20, 2025, at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., or 4 p.m. Coming Spring 2026: IACUC (Animal Care and Use) and IBC (Biosafety) submissions will also move to Cayuse. Cayuse provides researchers with real-time tracking, improved communication, and a centralized hub for managing compliance across multiple committees.  For more details and updates, visit the Research Integrity website.

Join an AI Exchange, a collaborative space to explore the evolving role of artificial intelligence in teaching, learning, and research. A selection of resources will be shared in advance as optional inspiration—perfect if you’d like to see examples or spark ideas before the session. Come prepared to share your own experiences, tools, and strategies for using AI—or strategies you’re interested in exploring—whether you’ve been experimenting for a while or are just getting started. Together, you and other participants will explore possibilities and walk away with actionable strategies you can apply right away.  Why you should attend: Share your own approaches, experiences, and strategies related to using AI in your academic practice.  Identify practical AI strategies or tools that you can adapt for your own work.  Connect with colleagues who share your interest in leveraging AI to enhance teaching, learning, research, and productivity.  To register for this event, use the Spring 2026 CFE-Facilitated Session Registration Form Advance registration is required.
