🌿 Join this 4-session series exploring the connection between mindfulness and nature. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to build resilience, balance, and joy through guided mindfulness activities, meditation, self-compassion practices, nature experiences, and gentle yoga. ✨
🎁 “Gratitude gifts” including workbooks, yoga mats, and essential oil rollers will be provided throughout the series.

☀️ June 3 – Student Rec Center: Breathwork and guided meditation
🌳June 10 – Wintergarden Park: Nature-based mindfulness and walking meditation
🐟 June 17 – Marine Biology Lab: Emotional awareness and self-compassion
🧘♀️ July 1 – Simpson Garden Park: Gentle yoga and movement mindfulness (mats provided for first 10 participants)
