From plenty of glass exposure for natural light to the use of trayless dining to save on waste, the facility utilizes numerous systems and processes to be deemed environment-friendly. The Carillon place is our other LEED-Certified, AYCE facility. It offers stations similar to those at the Oaks, but the menu is always different. Like the Oaks, the Carillon Place offers a Hearthstone Oven, Market Fresh station, The Kitchen and Baker’s Crust. Additionally, the CP has a MyPantry station, which offers a rotating menu of healthier options, including gluten-free and specialty diet alternatives. Finally, Carillon Place has a Eurasian Grill, which serves delicious oriental dishes.
