14th Annual ArtsX

Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Fine Arts Center, and Wolfe Center for the Arts
Fine Arts Center, Bowling Green, OH 43403

At ArtsX, the holiday showcase of BGSU student, faculty and alumni art, guests of all ages can interact with and imagine the power and beauty of art. The 14th annual event includes musical, theatrical and dance performances; exhibits and demonstrations; hands-on activities and art sales for holiday shoppers looking for unique, handmade gifts. This year’s featured act is Verb Ballets, a contemporary ballet company that presents dynamic programming through bold artistry, unique styles and technical excellence that captivates a broad audience. It also has been named one of Five Great Tiny Troupes in America by Dance magazine.  The performances are scheduled at 5:25 and 7 p.m. in the Donnell Theatre in the Wolfe Center for the Arts.

ArtsX also highlights the talents of the School of Art faculty and staff with the opening of the 67th annual Faculty and Staff Exhibition, which is on display in the Fine Arts Center Galleries through Dec. 12.

This event is free and open to the public and parking is also free. Events take place in both the Fine Arts Center and The Wolfe Center for the Arts.
