Sessions will cover new regulations and current legislation, affirmative action, Title VII, Civil Rights Act of 1964, enforcing equal pay laws, eliminating barriers in recruitment and hiring, OFCCP Enforcement Priorities, Family Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standard Act.
