About this Event
Inaccurate or unhelpful thought patterns are a major factor in building and maintaining anxiety. In this class you’ll learn about how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. You’ll build skills to recognize, label, and challenge self-defeating thoughts, and replace them with more productive ones.
