About this Event
Anxiety has a biological component; our fears and worries affect our brain and our physiology. In this class you’ll learn about how anxiety affects the human brain, and you’ll be introduced to strategies for managing the physiological effects of anxiety and manipulating your autonomic nervous system in order to relax your body.
