This is a free workshop focused on neurobiological factors for students struggling with anxiety. Please see the description below for more information about this workshop.
Anxiety has a biological component; Our fears and worries affect our brain and our physiology. In this class you’ll learn about how anxiety affects the human brain, you’ll be introduced to strategies for managing the physiological effects of anxiety and manipulating your autonomic nervous system in order to relax your body.
