A two week educational course where trainers will instruct and assist with basic barbell movements such as Back Squat, Bent-Over Row, Bench Press, and Conventional Deadlift! Register by visiting the Student Recreation Center Welcome Desk, through the BGSU RecWell app or online using the new MyRec portal:  Sessions are free, but pre-registration required.
