BGSU's Master of Organizational Development and Change (MOD) is your graduate program in practice leadership for Human-Centered Change, designed for the working professional. This executive hybrid degree is focused on collaboration and systemic approaches to improvement, guided by humanistic values that are ever more important in a time of AI Implementation.
