The Bangladesh Student Association (BSA) at Bowling Green State University is organizing an Iftar Arrangement to bring together students, faculty, and staff in a warm and inclusive environment during Ramadan 2025. Ramadan is a sacred month observed by Muslims worldwide, marked by fasting from dawn to sunset, spiritual reflection, and communal gatherings.

As international students, many of us are away from our families, making this event an opportunity to recreate the sense of home and togetherness that is central to Ramadan. Through this Iftar, we aim to share the cultural and religious significance of Ramadan, provide traditional Bangladeshi Iftar meals, and foster a sense of belonging and support within the BGSU community.

The event will be open to all students, regardless of background or faith, encouraging cultural exchange, interfaith dialogue, and deeper connections among attendees. This gathering will not only help Bangladeshi and Muslim students observe their traditions but also serve as a platform to introduce the broader BGSU community to the spirit of Ramadan.
