Open to all BGSU students, the 2023 Caught Caring Video Contest challenges you to create a video of up to 1 and 1/2 minutes that captures the essence of how care can be shown.

Winners are unveiled at the Late Night Event, Big Playground, on Wednesday, February 23, 8 - 11 PM at the Perry Field House. Winner must be present to claim prize.

• 1^st Place: $600
• 2^nd Place: $250 
• 3^rd Place: $150
• Deadline: Video must be shared via WeTranser to potieno@bgsu.edu and entry forms submitted to the Wellness Connection by Wednesday, February 8 at 5 PM

Videos can be created through social platforms such as TikTok, on a phone, or using other equipment and software based on student preference. If you're feeling creative and caring, this contenst is for you! Gift card prizes will be awarded to the videos with the highest total scores across the following categorites:

• Entertainment value
• Creativity and originality
• Popularity (number of votes)

• Production quality (e.g. light, sound, editing)
• Knowledge of on/off campus resources available related to the selected topic
• Content of message

Video must highlight one or more of the following topic areas and demonstrate how care can be shown:

• Alcohol and Substance Misuse and Abuse
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Hazing Prevention and Education
• Mental Health and Well-being
• Sexual Misconduct/Title IX
• Physical Health and Wellness
