This event is meant to be a brief, interactive, and fun introduction to Chinese culture. Participants can play Chinese games, write their name in Chinese on rice paper and see traditional and modern Chinese performances while they snack on Chinese food. We may also hold short educational panels on certain aspects of Chinese culture. The target audience for this event are incoming BGSU students who are interested or are majoring in fields relevant to China, such as International Business, Asian Studies, Chinese, and other internationally minded majors. This should help create interdisciplinary bonds between different majors that would not normally meet.
