The film selected to enhance discussion of this year’s common reading theme: It’s Complicated: Our Relationship with Technology

 Action adventure READY PLAYER ONE (2018), based on Ernest Cline’s bestseller of the same name, which has become a worldwide phenomenon. The film is set in 2045 in Columbus, Ohio, with the world on the brink of chaos and collapse. But the people have found salvation in the OASIS, an expansive virtual reality universe created by the brilliant and eccentric James Halliday (Mark Rylance).                                                                                                  [Description adapted from Google]

Bowling Green State University (BGSU) has built their website around the Standards of the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) 5 and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).  The website was built in compliance with the accessibility standards established by section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and detailed in section 1194.22 of the Code of Federal Regulations, “Web-based intranet and internet information and applications” (https://www.section508.gov/).
