Celebrate Constitution Day at BGSU. This is one of many in a weeklong event series designed to bring students, faculty and community members together to learn, connect and celebrate one of the nation’s most important documents.

What is happening at the Constitution Day Celebration?

  • Free Pocket-Sized Constitutions: Take home your own copy of the U.S. Constitution, perfect for study, reference or as a keepsake.
  • Constitution Trivia: Test your knowledge of American history, government and civil rights for a chance to show off your skills.
  • Engaging and Fun: Learn more about the Constitution in an interactive way while connecting with others interested in civic engagement.

Why It Matters
Constitution Day is a national celebration of the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787. By attending, you’ll deepen your understanding of American democracy, civic leadership and public policy while enjoying a lively campus event.

Whether you’re heading to class, passing through campus or just hanging out, swing by the BTSU Oval for a Constitution Day kickoff hosted by the Department of Political Science, the Democracy and Public Policy Research Network and the C. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement.
