The Ethical Leadership Certificate (ELC), offered by the C. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership, is a program designed to help develop your tools and skills in integrity and ethics in your leadership at BGSU and beyond.

Participants will work together to define leadership, ethics, and ethical leadership.  The majority of the session will emphasize reflection on one’s values and beliefs, specifically, where they came from.  Participants will also learn about mindfulness and being reflective in the present moment as a part of consciousness of self. Participants will explore why understanding one’s values is important for growing as an ethical leader.
