Tuesdays from 12 – 1 pm on June 28th, and July 5th, and 12th   
Free for faculty, staff, and students 

Do you have experience with mindfulness and are looking to further your practice? In these workshops, we will build upon basic mindfulness skills, to develop and grow your practice.  All participants receive self-care resources.
