In the Focused Falcon Mindfulness Workshops, we explore how to start or expand a mindfulness practice through engaging activities and presentations. You gain skills in stress and anxiety management, handling difficult situations, building self-compassion and a non-judgmental attitude, and improving focus and memory.

This FREE 4-week workshop is open to BGSU students, faculty, and staff.
