Have Fun - Get Involved - Compete

Personal trainers and Fitness staff are overseeing activities and can demonstrate proper form and answer any questions. There are 10 winners each week who receive a t-shirt.

Drop In Times
Mondays: 5:30 - 7 PM
Tuesdays: 2 - 4 PM
Wednesdays: 4 - 5 PM
Thursdays: Noon - 2 PM
Fridays: 1:30 - 3 PM

Week 1: Free Point Challenge
Week 2: Jump Rope
Week 3: One Mile Run
Week 4: Football Challenge
Week 5: Jump Squats
Week 6: Push Ups
Week 7: Hockey Shoot Out
Week 8: Pull Ups
