Lace-up your shoes and fly like a Falcon around this year's 5K course. 

The 2023 5K starts at the Alumni Gateway entrance to campus on Thurstin Street and ends near the BGSU letters. Participants who register early (by September 1) will receive a commemorative Freddie & Frieda 5K T-shirt. 

Be sure to stick around after the 5K for a 100-meter Kids Dash!

Online registration is closed, but you can register at 7 a.m. with a credit card at the registration table prior to the race at 8 a.m.
