Yoga Basics: An all-level, gentle movement class with a focus on breathing to the rhythm of your body motion. Learn key yoga postures in an affirming environment for all bodies. 

  • January 21  - April 29 | No class March 4
  • Available on Wednesdays from 5:45 - 6:30 PM in BTSU 427
  • Registration is not required. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel
