Try out any Falcon Fitness class this week for free! Group X classes are a great way to get all the exercise you need in a fun, motivational environment. The classes also provide accountability and structure, ensuring participants complete a well-rounded exercise routine from a certified instructor. Popular classes include Zumba, BODYPUMP, Aqua Fit, Yoga, WERQ Dance Fitness and various cycle classes.
