Free Outdoor Dance Fitness & Yoga Classes

Move for your mood and join Falcon Fitness for the following free outdoor fitness classes:

Dance Fitness: Tuesday, September 6 from 3 – 3:30 PM on the University Library Patio (rain location: Pallister Room)

Outdoor yoga classes - breathe in the fresh air and relax as you move through meditation exercises, vinyasa flows, strength building and gentle stretches. These classes are designed for every body and all levels are welcome!

Location: Bowen-Thompson Quad

Classes are free and pre-registration is not required. Please bring your own mat, towel or blanket to the yoga classes.
