In addition to the physical health benefits of exercise, regular physical activity can positively impact your brain function, boost your mood, and help reduce stress, along with many other enhancements to mental health. 

Our hope was to hold this session on the Jerome Library patio, but mother nature disagrees! This session will be held INSIDE. 

This session is FREE for BGSU students, faculty and staff. Registration is not required. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if possible.

This event is part of Jerome Library's Destress Fest taking place Sunday-Tuesday of finals week.
