This year the Graduate Student Senate will sponsor the 13th annual Charles E. Shanklin Colloquium named in memory of the late Charles E. Shanklin on April 5, 2023. The Charles E. Shanklin Colloquium will highlight the significant research and efforts of graduate students here at BGSU.

Graduate students participating in the Poster Presentations have submitted an abstract of their completed or ongoing research, and are invited to present during the colloquium. Students are vying for the Shanklin Poster Abstract Award. Throughout this portion of the event, students will present their research projects via a poster format within the Grand Lenhart Ballroom. Light refreshments will be provided.

All students (undergraduate and graduate), faculty, and staff are invited to this event. This is a great way to learn about a variety of research topics, as well as see all the work being done by graduate students. You do not need to attend for the full time.
