 ing and examine alternative practices such as standards-based and specific
 ations grading. Participants will reflect on why and how we grade\, consid
 er the impact on student motivation\, and discuss practical strategies for
  aligning grading with authentic learning goals.\n\nBy participating in th
 is session\, you will be able to:\n\nAnalyze the impact of traditional gra
 ding practices on student motivation and learning behaviors.Compare and co
 ntrast the structures and pedagogical implications of standards-based and 
 specifications grading models.Evaluate strategies for aligning grading pra
