It's OK not to be OK.
You are invited to join a mental health virtual discussion with the BGSU Counseling Center staff, Employee Assistance Program, Human Resources, and featured guests from across campus.
Individuals who attend will have the opportunity to learn about mental health services, talk with each other about mental health concerns, discuss strategies for caring for their mental health and ask mental health-related questions.
