BGSU undergraduate and graduate students are particularly encouraged to apply.
We invite proposals for presentations on all topics related to Latin America and Latino/a/x Studies.
Areas of study might include literature & poetry, immigration & citizenship, history, politics, linguistics, ethnicity & race, environment & society, indigenous peoples & resistance, African diaspora, gender & sexuality, LGBTQ+ studies, art, music, performance, education, economics, human development, Latino/a/xs in STEM, and geography.
Typically, individual presenters will be allocated 10 to 15 minutes to present in order to allow time for questions and answers at the end of the panel.
