Level Up Your Self-Care: Are you a gamer or just an individual seeking a fun and relaxing way to relax? Look no further! Join us for an exhilarating and rejuvenating self-care gaming program. Step into a world where self-care meets gaming, where you can unwind, recharge, and level up your well-being. This program is free to all students.

Tues | Sep 5 & 12, Oct 3, 24 & 31 and Nov 7 & 14 | 5 – 6 pm | Student Rec Center Room 118

  • Level One: The benefits of Gaming for Mental Health 
  • Level Two: Building Healthy Gaming Habits 
  • Level Three: Gaming and Social Connection 
  • Level Four: Gaming for Mindfulness and Meditation 
  • Level Five: Gaming as a Tool for Skill Development and Learning 
  • Level Six: Managing Gaming-Related Stress and Burnout 
  • Level Seven: Gaming as a Creative Outlet
