Q&A with Marc Sumerak

Sumerak is an author, editor, creator and BGSU creative writing alumnus best known for his work on Marvel Comics,' "POWER PACK." He has also been nominated for an Eisner & Harvey Award for "FRANKLIN RICHARDS: SON OF A GENIUS," with Chris Eliopoulos.

Examples of Sumerak's work:

  • Created a brand-new series for Marvel in both "GUARDIANS" and "MACHINE TEEN"
  • Released an original all-ages graphic novel titled "ALL-GHOULS SCHOOL"
  • Provided story content for the popular mobile game, "MARVEL FUTURE FIGHT"
  • Continues to write comics, books and games for some of pop culture's most recognizable franchises including "Star Wars," "Harry Potter," "Firefly," "Ghostbusters," "Back to the Future" and "The Office."

Books will be available for purchase at the event. This event is free and open to the general public.
