About this Event
Jerome Library, Bowling Green, OH 43403
Registration coming soon!
Just like our academic school supplies, we need a variety of mental health “school supplies” to succeed in college, such as belonging, self-care, and self-compassion. In each session the “supply” will be defined, and conversations will focus on identifying barriers and solutions to help students prioritize their mental well-being during the transition to college. Join other students in this welcoming and non-judgmental space, fostering open and honest conversations on the challenges and successes of starting college. This program is free to all students.
