Join this mental health virtual discussion with the Office of Human Resources and the Counseling Center

You are invited to join a Mental Health Virtual Discussion for BGSU faculty and staff hosted by the Office of Human Resources and the Counseling Center. There will also be a representative from Impact Solutions to answer any questions about the support services they offer to BGSU employees.

Individuals who attend will have the opportunity talk with each other about mental health concerns, discuss strategies for caring for their mental health and ask mental health-related questions. In addition, we will also share tips on how to help a student, friend or family member by recognizing the signs of mental health problems and connecting them to professional help.

Also joining the conversation will be Barb Furst, MA, LICDC, CEAP, LSW, from Impact Solutions, who will share information on employee services. A Q&A will follow.
