About this Event
Weekly sessions specifically designed for strengthening your ability to focus and pay attention. The workshop is designed for past participants of the Focused Falcons program or individuals who practice mindfulness on their own and are looking to deepen their practice. The program includes learning mindfulness meditation, stress management techniques, methods to respond to difficult situations, and skills to live with intention and purpose. Advance registration required. Zoom links will be sent to registrants.
