About this Event
This workshop explore how to start or expand a mindfulness practice through engaging activities and presentations. Participants gain skills in stress and anxiety management, handling difficult situations, building self-compassion and a nonjudgmental attitude, and improving focus and memory.
Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop, an ideal class if you have never practiced mindfulness and are looking for a basic overview. During the class you will learn the key concepts of mindfulness, and how to develop a practice. All participants receive self-care resources.
