Faculty are invited to join fellow researchers and scholars for a series of monthly events hosted by the Division of Research at Bowling Green State University. Participants will learn about current research initiatives and make new connections for future collaborations.

November Research and Innovation Forum

Guest speaker for November is Professor Susan Brown, Director of the Center for Family and Demographic Research (CFDR) and Co-Director of the National Center for Family and Marriage Research (NCFMR). Dr. Brown will describe the activities of these two research centers, emphasizing how they train the next generation of scholars, support faculty research, amplify the campus research environment, and enhance BGSU's national scholarly reputation in the field. The centers also contribute to the public good by disseminating research findings to policymakers and practitioners as well as to society at large (e.g., through regular national media coverage).
