Learn How to Study, Balance and Thrive

Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help college students strengthen their study habits, organization and well-being. Facilitated by occupational therapy doctoral students with support from licensed occupational therapists, this event offers practical strategies to help you succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Interactive Group Sessions

Drop in for all or part of the event and participate in 20-minute breakout sessions focused on real-life student success skills. Each group is designed to be inclusive of neurodiverse learning needs and provide take-home tools to immediately improve your daily routine.

What You’ll Learn

  • Organization Skills: Learn how to better manage your space, to-do list and time as you head into the second half of the semester.
  • Technology Tools: Discover study aids, writing tools and tech tips to help you stay focused and productive.
  • Well-being Workshops: Explore mindfulness, stress management and exercises to support your physical and mental health.
