Overcoming the Invisible: Creating and Maintaining an Inclusive Work Environment workshop presented by Natasha Bowman.

Natasha Bowman, JD, SPHR, is an author, lawyer, professor, and president and CEO of Performance ReNEW, a leadership and talent development consulting firm.

This program is designed to address contemporary diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace. Diversity and inclusion aren't only about race, age, and gender; it includes gender identity, gender stereotypes, mental disabilities and socioeconomic status. This workshop provides attendees with the framework for creating work environments that support a diverse and inclusive environment.

Presentation times:

  • Session 1: 8:00 - 9:30 am
  • Session 2: 10:00 - 11:30 am
  • Session 3: 2:00 - 3:30 pm
