Learn how to execute the four main fundamental lifts: Bench press, Shoulder Press, Squat, and Deadlift. Receive guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer to improve lifting form and confidence in a gym setting. This progressive workshop helps you build relationships and build strength as you work towards your fitness goals.

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 – 9 AM

Location: Student Recreation Center, Studio B 

Fee for 8 sessions: $35 for BGSU students/SRC Members, $52 for BGSU Faculty/Staff/Retiree/Alumni and $75 for SRC non-members. *Registration includes FREE Nike Move For Your Mood shirt!
