FREE Saturday Serenity Yoga Series

  • Hosted by Center for Women & Gender Equity & the Office of Health and Wellness
  • Location: Jerome Library, Pallister Room
  • Description: Join us in an inclusive space to explore mindfulness techniques, practice yoga skills, and connect with others. Whether you want to chat about what’s weighing on you, are looking to make new friends, or just want to focus on your self-care, all are welcome. 6 sessions held bi-weekly on Saturdays.
  • Plase bring your own mat or towel.
  • Offered on the following Saturdays from 10:20 – 11:20 AM
    • September 14 & 28
    • October 12 & 26
    • November 9 & 23
