Second Harvest Drive-Thru Mobile Pantry Distribution

Volunteer Time: 3-5:30 p.m.

Distribution Time: 4-5:30 p.m. 

Second Harvest will be distributing FREE boxes of assorted shelf-stable food and more.

If you are not already registered with Second Harvest, you can do so at the site, day of, to receive food or you can pre-register by:

• Visiting FreshTrak
• Then, enter a zip code. That will give different options of food related services within that particular zip code, ours is 44839.
• You will find the upcoming BGSU pantry, by locating the event and then RSVP.

Volunteers must be 16 years old or older for this opportunity.   Check-in with Volunteer Relations Staff upon arrival. 

For personal and food safety purposes please...

1.            Wear closed toed and closed back shoes to the event 

2.            Headphones are not permitted

3.            Gloves are only required when packing bulk product

4.            Smoking is not permitted on the premises

New and returning volunteers may arrive at 3:00 p.m. for set-up assistance, safety protocol review, and a run-of distribution. Volunteering goes until the end of distribution at 5:30 p.m.

*If you are a NEW volunteer to the program, it is necessary to take two steps: create a profile and sign up for the pantry.
