Learn to Lift with Joe Black

Learn how to execute the four main fundamental lifts: Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Squat, and Deadlift. Receive guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer to improve lifting form and confidence in a gym setting. This progressive workshop helps you build relationships and build strength as you work towards your fitness goals. 

February 17 - March 11
Monday & Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Student Recreation Center, Personal Training Office

Fee for 12 sessions:
$40 for BGSU Students/SRC Members
$60 for BGSU Faculty/Staff/Retiree/Alumni
$80 for SRC Non-Members

Women on Weights with Amber Schindler

Learn more about designing your own exercise programs based on goals and interests throughout this six-week workshop. Utilize diverse equipment and exercise progressions to learn more about proper exercise execution. Gain exercise science knowledge and confidence in a gym setting. Workout in a small group setting, while receiving guidance from a certified Personal Trainer.
